What's the cost of your services?

The investment for our expert coaching services varies depending on the scope and duration of the program. Our starting price for an eight-week program begins at 2500AUD + GST. However, we offer a range of coaching options tailored to your specific needs, each with its own pricing structure. How does it the process work?

Following this, Martin, will personally review your application. In certain cases, he may reach out to you to arrange an initial assessment call. During this call, you'll have the opportunity to share your challenges, aspirations, and any queries you may have. This assessment call is a pivotal step, enabling Martin to gain a deeper understanding of your unique situation and tailor his approach accordingly.

We believe in the power of personalization, and this initial interaction ensures that your coaching journey begins on the right track. How much time is required from me?

This depends on the depth of the package and how much you're willing to invest. Some packages offer 45-minute weekly sessions, while others provide 60-minute bi-weekly sessions. However, in general, you will need to dedicate 10 to 20 minutes a few times per day, or integrate it into and follow your exercise routine. We recommend habit stacking, as it makes it more likely for you to implement changes without taking away time from your day-to-day duties.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see results within a couple of weeks after implementing the recommended practices. We monitor progress each week using validated scientific tools and some have report 30-40% falls in stress within 1 to 2 weeks. The progress is quick.

Do I need a referral?
